Alessandra Nicolas

Head of Financial Wellness and Benefits

Prior to joining Creative Financial Group in 2021, Alessandra served as a Senior Vice President at Aon. After having started her career in 2000 at Ernst & Young, she spent 5 years in the accounting and the auditing of big corporations before starting at MetLife in 2004. At MetLife, her and her team spent a decade building and growing the Financial Wellness deliverable to companies and their employees in the Eastern United States. While still at MetLife, Alessandra focused two years on building a strategy and executing it around the growth of MetLife’s Voluntary Benefits business, with companies that had 10,000 plus employees in the Eastern half of the United States. Upon joining Aon in 2018, Alessandra leveraged the full suite of Aon’s services to position multi-product offerings for comprehensive benefit and risk solutions to mid and large size organizations.

Alessandra is a senior management professional who has spent the last 22 years focused on accounting, financial services, financial wellness, insurance, and benefits. Her broad industry experience has led to a proven ability to develop deep relationships in order to work with the executive leadership teams, HR and benefits teams within organizations and/or the business owner to develop strategies that improve their business efficiencies, increase their bottom line and deliver value to their employees.

As the Head of Creative’s Financial Wellness and Voluntary Benefits Department, Alessandra is responsible for designing and implementing the deliverable to businesses that understand the value of Financial Wellness for their employees. 80% of employers report financial stress is lowering their employees’ performance. Building a stronger and more resilient culture and supporting worker well-being are two emerging goals that employers have as we reshape and rethink the workplace. A Financial Wellness approach can improve, amongst other things, both employee well-being and workplace productivity.

Alessandra is very passionate about ensuring that as many people as possible become educated and empowered to be financially confident and financially well. Her and her team are dedicated to the clients and partners they serve.

Education
Alessandra earned an Accounting degree and a Finance degree from Villanova University in Villanova, PA in 2000.

Personal
Alessandra currently sits on the Citizen’s Advisory Committee of Easttown Township, is a Business Member of the Berwyn Fire Company, as well as being a Trustee of the Easttown Township Library and the Paoli Hospital Foundation. She lives in Devon with her husband, Chris, and their 3 year old son, Bronson.
